NP Dodge Reports Best Real Estate Sales in 48 Months April 13th, 2010 by NP Dodge Marketing Team NP Dodge Real Estate continues to march upward bucking the national trend. Comparing March 2010 to previous years, the Eastern Nebraska and Western Iowa markets saw the most pending sales since March 2006. There were over $95,000,000 in pending sales reported for March 2010. Listing volume was over $93,000,000, the last time volume was that high was January 2007.

NP Dodge Company and Rebuilding Together Once Again Join Forces to Help Homeowners in Need October 06th, 2009 by NP Dodge Marketing Team Over 65 NP Dodge volunteers joined together on Saturday, October 3, to renovate a home in north Omaha. Not only did NP Dodge employees and sales associates donate their time to the project, but they along with several business partners, were also generous in providing household items, books, toys and pantry donations for the needy homeowners.

The selected home, with a family of six, required various repairs and clean-up: including fixing and painting the deck, new paint inside and out, new floor coverings, new flat screen TV, added furniture, remodeled basement to include another bedroom and extensive interior and exterior clean-up. The numbers are in! NP Dodge achieved a new record in pending sales for the month of September 2009. They broke the monthly record with over 82 million in written sales.
